from Kika
I founded Shine Theory to bring the right people together around meaningful work. We are a Los Angeles creative and production agency built on trusted relationships, specialist talent and hands on leadership.
We assemble each team around the project, drawing on specialists across mediums to carry ideas from creative development through production and final delivery. Our work spans media campaigns, experiences, apparel commissions and community initiatives.
Our foundation draws on more than a decade of creative and production experience. Select credits include projects with HBO, FIFA, Ford Racing, Kids of Immigrants, Life Development University and LA County, alongside commissions for Ms. Lauryn Hill and Megan Thee Stallion.
